Is Series 145 Coil Balance 7 lb the right part?

Hi window experts,

The coil balance on the right side of our window broke, and I noticed a "7" imprint on it. The shape seems similar to the thumbnail of Series 145 (see the pic I attached compared to the thumbnail https://www.swisco.com/images/landing/categories/normal/254.webp), but the larger image of the Series 145 Coil Balance (https://www.swisco.com/mm5/images/support_balances/series_index_picture/S145.jpg) displays a longer and narrower tongue than what I have on my broken coil.

Our window was installed in 2020 in Santa Clara, CA, and unfortunately, there's no other info on it. Do you think the Series 145 Coil Balance with a 7 lb rating would work?

Also, I think the sash cam was broken, too. Is Product Code: 15-108 the right replacement?

Looking at your original hardware the S145-7 should work with your window. The manufacturer made improvements with the coil spring tongue style. I also agree that your sash cam resembles the 15-108. Please review and compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit! Let us know if you have any additional questions.
