Hi there, Bill. We carry a Stanley steel hinge you can use for your bifold door, our 23-405. The full hinge size is 1-19/32" wide by 2-1/2" high. Take a look and see what you think. We carry a similar threaded bifold pin, the 21-061. The diameter is 1/4"and height 5-1/4". When looking at these different parts, you want to keep in mind that the diameter is more critical than the height measurements.
