Hi We have three windows that the windows do now open. I have taken a picture of the part. The bottom

If the issue is that the windows won't open, then you need new operators. Your photo doesn't tell me much, though, it only shows the base and handle. In order to recommend a new operator entirely, I need to see the original out of the window.

No, I'm afraid not. We need to see the entire assembly, including the link arm(s) that push and pull the window closed. A bird's eye view is typically best. From there I should be able to fully identify the operator.

Thanks for the photos. I believe you have our 39-031 and 39-032 Operators. Just make sure the dimensions we list in the pictures match, particularly of the link arms. Let me know if anything differs.

Hi, they look similar but have a question. Is the link arm the smaller part - how big is the longer side

Yes, the link arm is the smaller arm on the hinge. We have detailed dimensions on the 39-031 and 39-032 store pages, but I'll also post them here for your reference.
