Thanks for posting! We do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing hinge but I believe we have a few that could potentially work as a suitable alternative for the one you have. Take a look at our 32-340, 32-340A, 32-344, and 32-349.
Look over their dimensions, which can be viewed on the website; see if one of these could work for your repairs.
