Looking for replacement part

A home owner from Burnsville, MN USA says:

I have a failed operator. The window is from approximately 1992 or earlier. Refer to pictures. The arm has Truth stamped on one side and 40068 on the other. Approximately 11.5" long arm. It is similar to product code 39-440B but mine is held in with front mounted screws (not top) and does not have the brown device on the end of the arm.

I need a replacement operator and brown cover. Can you please help identify part numbers?

Hi, John.

Your operator reminds me of our 39-141 and 39-142 but compare our dimensions with yours to confirm this matches up to your old assembly.
