Looking for top sash guide

Hello,

We are trying to find a replacement part for a Pacific Industry window I have attached a diagram and photos

in hopes you have something that replaces it as the company is out of business. I have a PDF of the dimensions but this program will not let me attach it.

Thank you for your patience in this matter. After extensive research, I have been unable to find an exact match for this top sash guide. However, please look at our 18-165 and compare its dimensions to your own hardware. Do you think perhaps you could use this as a substitute?
