Looking to replace door lock mechanism

Hi hoping you can assist identifying the correct door lock mechanism I need to replace my existing one that is broken and no longer working. I have attached photos of current door lock but looking to replace and not sure how to go about finding the right model. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

This keyed handle set looks like our 82-086. Please compare. However, if you need to replace the mortise lock in the door this handle set interacts with, I need a close up picture of the lock. We will do our best to help from there.
