I need to replace the balance tube on l and s sides of sash
At that time, they used a string instead of the metal spiral.

This looks like a Series 751 Ribbed Channel Balance. I'd like you to remove your old one and make sure the metal channel is 29" long. Also make sure the shoe resembles the one that comes attached to these balances, our 15-014. Please send a clear picture of it out of the window if it does not look the same. Finally, to know what stamp option to select, I advise obtaining the exact weight of the window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of weight ranges listed alongisde each stamp option on the shop page.
