Milgard Sliding Door Parts

Question

I have a door that has a sticker claiming it's an SGD-C30. It sits in a 70 x 78 inch opening. The latch mechanism is broken and does not engage. There is provision for adding an external key lock mechanism. And the door is rather reluctant to roll - the roller mechanism seems rough to roll and the door tries to tilt instead of easily roll back. What parts do I need to bring it up to normal performance and have a key lock added?

It sounds like you need a new handle set, mortise, and roller. For the handle set, I believe you can use our 82-086. Just note that the thumb lever is fixed in the bottom position and cannot be adjusted; yours appears to be in the bottom position, too, but let me know if I'm mistaken.

For the mortise and rollers, I'll need you to remove each from the door and show me clear pictures of them separately. For the roller, especially, I need to see it from the side, top, and rear. Dimensions will also be a big help.
