Milgard folding handle

I have measured the hex bolt this attaches to and it appears to be 11/32 Would I be right in that? 5/16 seems to be fractionally too small. The casement window this handle is for is about 10 years old.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. That information will help us confirm which handles would be compatible. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us! The operator shown in your photos resembles our 39-091 and 39-092 Roto assemblies. The bad news is that Roto stopped making these and the only product currently available is the base itself.

We do offer the 39-224 folding and 39-230 standard handles for these assemblies but keep in mind that they fit a 5/16" hex gear bore. Please note that, unfortunately, the link arm that connects to the sash is obsolete and there is no known alternative.
