Mortise door latch assembly

I just bought the Larson's heavy duty screen door with the mortise latch assembly, however, the technician at Lowe's ordered the wrong swing door. He said I needed a left door swing screen door when I actually needed a right hinge swing door. I am looking to purchase the Swisco mortise latch assembly but the picture is showing the dead bolt application in the down position when I need it in the up position. Will this one mount with the dead bolt up. Thank you
