My windows won't stay up

Question

Hello I have 3 windows that will no longer stay up. Do you know where I can get the springs (spiral tilt balance) for these windows?

Hey there!

Since this is a tilt window, I recommend the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or 5/8" diameter Series 600. You must measure the outer tube to determine the best match.
