Hi, I am looking for the bottom shoes that hold the windows in the track to the spring.

This is an old, discontinued shoe. You will need an all new Series 795 balance.

Here are some things to consider:

1. You will need to measure the length of the metal bar and check the surface of the metal for a stamped code.

2. The shoe that comes with this balance is 1-1/4" wide, not 1", so be sure that you need a 1-1/4" shoe. If it's 1", tell us, because we will need to customize the balance for you.

3. This balance attaches to the top with a screw, not a hook. See which of the two you need.
