NVR Casement Window Hardware Replacement Parts

The crank operator and hardware are stripped and no longer operational. It is Ryan home built in 2002. I am looking to replace the crank operator and hardware, but cannot locate the proper replacement parts. Included in the photos is the mfr. label and I think the crank is a "Truth" model? I tried looking for replacements at a big box, but cannot locate any. The closest I came to it had a plastic bushing on the end of crank arm instead of the metal one on the original. Any assistance would be appreciated.
