Hello there. I'm pretty sure we can help. It's hard to tell what you have without seeing it out of the window, but start with our 15-188 . This may work for you, but you will need to measure the width and thickness of your old pivot shoe to see if this replacement matches what you need. If you need help removing and replacing your old pivot shoe from the window, the video below may help you. 

Unfortunately, our company doesn't sell replacement sashes of any kind. I suggest trying to get in touch with the original maker of the window for assistance.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I do recognize your two latches, but I'm sorry to say that they are discontinued and no longer made. At this time we only sell the left side, which is our 26-266 . The right side ran out of stock earlier this year and it is not possible to replenish it.
