Need 2 channel weights for single hung window

Channel weight is 28" Long Metal Part Only!, 2730 is Stamped on channel, Spring is 14" Long tip to tip, When it was given to me the cord was broken and I never saw any metal clips. House was built late 80's.

Hi there!

It looks like you have either our S351-28, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-28, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You will also need the 2730 stamp option.

I need to order 2 / S390-28 15-001 but you mentioned that I would need the 2730 Stamp Option? Exactly what does that mean?

I now know that they were stamped with 2730 ( I believe that has to do with the weight of the Sash!). So I will make a note for the future when ordering more weights from you.

The stamp on your metal channel indicates the weight range your balance is calibrated to support.

In this case, yours reads "2730" which means that you'll need to select the 2730 option on the S390-28's store page.
