Need New Operator and Upper/Lower Hinges for Vetter Casement Window with Truth Entryguard hardware

A quick learner from Minturn, CO says:
I have many Vetter Casement Windows with Truth Entryguard hinges. I would like to replace the upper/lower sliding hinges, and the crank operator and arms for a window that is hinged on the right when looking at it from inside the house.

The pictures and part numbers referenced herein are for a window that is hinged on the left when looking from inside the house. I need hardware for a window that is hinged on the right; so the part numbers may be different for that.

The dual crank operator for the window hinged on the left is a Truth Entryguard. The short arm has the number 20748 stamped on it and the long arm has the number 40754. The lower hinge has the number 71791 printed on it.

Please let me know how to order a new dual arm operator, sliding upper/lower hinges and all the hardware that needs to be screwed into the window frame for the operator and hinges to function properly.

I will need to replace quite a few of my operators/hinges, but I want to do this one first because the window is ready to fall out.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Based on your photo of the operator and the number stamped on the short arm, I believe you have the egress style 39-333 and 39-334. Look these over and let me know if you agree.

Assuming that these are correct, I'd also recommend the 36-090-10 egress hinge, which is designed to work with operators just like this.

All orders can be placed directly on our site at your convenience.
