Need Replacement Window Balances

I need replacement window balances with a stamped 32E BSI on them. The window is about 35 pounds. The length of the channel is 33 inches

Picture 1 is the stamping and picture 2 is the ends. The channel is attached via the hook into a square slot.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We should be able to help with this. However, it must be a custom order if your balance installs with a clip. Could you show us a photo of the top of the balance where the clip goes? Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to order?

Here is a picture of the top of the balance. I would need 4 balances.

Thanks so much for confirming those details! We can help supply replacements for this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to the way yours installs. However, since custom orders are nonrefundable, I'd like to confirm a few more details.

Can you double-check the metal channel length? Can you also confirm the exact sash weight?

We normally get these balances in white, would that be okay? We can also get the original mill finish if you prefer that. Let me know!
