Do you have these in stock?
Originally purchased 81-039 and they're the wrong size.

81-093 is close, but it's a smaller roller, does that matter?
The roller on the original is 1.5 inch, so it's larger.

To further review, are you able to provide which dimension did not match up to your original compared to the 81-039?

Having the exact dimensions of the width and height of the metal housing will give us a better idea of a replacement option. Thank you!

all the dimensions look correct in the 81-039 except that the housing steps down where the roller is. so the overall height is to great at the roller.'

notice how the Hight is larger around the wheel.

Take a look at the 81-269 roller assembly. This has similar dimensions and a 1-1/4" wheel. The roller housing is adjustable so you may be able to make up for the 1/2" wheel difference. Let me know what you think!

81-269 has a 1" dimple width, this might be too wide. the 81-039 has a 13/16 dimple width and it fit well. is there one with the same dimensions but narrower dimple width?

We also carry the 81-144 roller. It has the 1-1/2" nylon wheel and the width including the dimples is 13/16" which is 1/16" more than 3/4" (12/16"). Let me know what you think!
