Need a replacement to this top latch.

Need a replacement to this top latch. Pretty common system in NW houses.
This is from a house built in 1997. Milgard no longer sells the pieces. I am open to just using another system.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We may be able to help with this. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes measured from center to center? That should help narrow down some options.

Appears to be 2" on center.

I'm afraid we don't sell a lock in this style with 2" hole center spacing. Regarding design, the 90-180 is similar but measures 2-1/4" on the installation hole centers. You may want to double check just to be safe.
