Need balancers parts for window

A home owner from sandy springs, ga says:
hello, Have apartment converted to condominium and a window will not stay up. Looking for parts for window balancer. It's 2001 series, 2140 on the balancer (pic of all side attached)

Hello! We sell a ton of different channel balances similar to what you have here, so I'm confident we have a good match. However these photos only show the bottom nylon fitting. Could I see a clear photo of the top fitting, as well?

Speaking of the bottom one, can you also tell me its depth? The diagram below will show you what I mean. It should be one of the two sizes indicated here, though there are other options.
