Need channel and block window balance for two windows

Question

Replacement for HURD IGCC (R) 372 CBA JD254 channel block and tackle balance.

Broken spring 20.25" X 3/8"

From searching on your website the only part you appear to have for these naked spring balances in the 15-104 shoe.

Measurements of the pieces/areas shown in photos:

45 3/4" full inside piece

channel 7/16" wide

spring 18"

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can only offer the 15-104 friction shoe. Unfortunately, we aren't able to supply the naked spring assembly. Since this is a tilt window, your best bet would be to contact a local millwork for assistance. I sincerely apologize that we can't be of help with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
