Hey DS. Start by looking at our 38-208 and 38-209 Escutcheon Handle kits. Compare the dimensions below with your old hardware and let me know if either matches what you have, or if they both differ. If so, explain how and send photos of the hardware removed, and we'd be happy to try and find something better.
