I cant seem to find this part anywhere. i work as a maintenance for apartments. And it doesn't have any # to identify.

Hello, thank you for posting,
It appears you have an older coil balance assembly that is no longer made. We recommend converting to the 15-259 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 159 coil springs along with the 26-083 pivot bar. Please review the step by step video below that details the conversion and additional parts needed.
