Need help identifying part

Hi, I need help identifying the correct part. The metal is 28 inches long and 1/2" wide. There is a stamp on the metal stating"2730 B.S.I." The nylon pieces at the top and bottom both have side wings. The to one has a molding mark stating "200-887 1 104". The bottom piece doesn't have visible markings.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-28 or S385-28, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
