Need new 2-mortise lock for patio door

I have a sliding patio door. Ali-ADW-8 ATM 2190 ARG.

The mortise lock has broken, and needs to be replaced.
Please assist.

If needed, i will also purchase a new faceplate and door hardware.

Please review the 82-265 mortise lock that comes with a face plate attached. Compare the dimensions to your original to confirm a good fit!

This lock is designed to work with the 82-249 keeper. We cannot guarantee your original will be compatible. Take a look and let us know if you have any additional questions!

Is there a stainless steel version of this? As we live close to the ocean, if a stainless version is available, would purchase that.
Also, what handle set (with key) would go with this?

We carry the 82-259 stainless steel mortise lock that is the same body, but we do not have a stainless steel face plate available. We cannot guarantee your original lock plate would match up with this lock. We also do not carry the 82-249 keeper in SS.

For the handle set, please start by reviewing the 82-086 keyed lock set that has a 3-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. Let us know what you think and if you have any questions!
