Need replacement parts for my window

Here are photos of the bad balancer. The width is 0.5" and the length is 24". Can you please help me find a suitable replacement?

Based on your photos, it looks as if you have our S395-24 channel balance with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom shoe. The stamp of "23-4" means that you will choose the 2340 option at checkout.
