Need to identify sash spring for replacement. I will need many.

No markings. Tube is 3/8" diameter x 25-3/8" long with a 5/16" x 2-7/8" foot. 3/8" tube is wrapped by a coiled spring for 17-5/8" of the length. The coiled spring is 1/2" diameter. Thank you!

I just found out that the part I have is the interior part that goes within a 9/16" casing. My tech left the casing in the sash and only brought the inner part for me to identify and order. Thank you.

Hey there Jeff. If the outer tube is 9/16" in diameter, you'd want the Series 500. You can round down for the length. For a new bracket, see the 17-012 that's sold separately.
