Generally those patent codes aren't reliable for identifying replacement parts, as they can be used on different windows with different hardware. The best thing to do is to compare your parts with the dimensions cited previously. If they match, then you should be good to go. Just let me know if anything differs, in any way.
Thanks for verifying. We unfortunately don't sell anything in that size. The 39-171 and 39-172 are the closest options currently available.
They may still work as-is, but it may be necessary to adjust the position of the bracket on the sash. This would require drilling new holes. Just something to keep in mind if you move forward with this product: it's not going to be an easy, 1:1 fit.
