Non-Tilt Window Channel Balance replacements

Hello,
Looking for replacement channel balances and take out clips for my windows. They are about 30 years old, do not tilt, and weigh about 32 lbs each. Do you recommend a lubricant for the spring and rope?

Thanks for posting, David. Sometimes even using a lubricant won't help the balance operate more smoothly. It may be worth a try, but at the end of the day it's probably best to simply replace them. From your photos, I would recommend our S350-37 with a 3650 option. This comes with the 19-002 and 15-004 bottom pre-attached. Let me know what you think of this recommendation.
