Odd size window screen corners

Question

Looking for window screen frame corners for an odd size frame tubing.
the corners are square (not mitered) 3/4" between corner edge and frame start.

"Standard" 5/16" corners do not fit, they are too large to fit into the frame tubing.

Window owner has no idea the manufacturer of the window/screens, definitely not Andersen.

Looking at your "extruded" metal frame, I don't believe the corners are still available. Most corners today are used in the lighter "roll" metal style.

That said, I picked out two corners that look like they might fit your frame. The 95-265 I believe will fit, but you will need to cut out the inside corner so as to not interfere with your screen spline installation.

Looking at the photo of your original corner key, it also appears to have a "lip" on the opposite side. We do have a one with that clips onto the frame, but you will need to remove that lip on the leg because it is on the reverse side and won't go into your screen frame. See our 95-206.
