Need to fix the window. They are crank windows.

It appears that you have Andersen brand windows. To further review, we will need to see the window open where we can see the arm(s) of the operator. From there we can compare to determine a possible replacement option. Thank you!

It appears that your window uses either the 39-094 and 39-095 style or the 39-150 and 39-151. Please compare the dimensions of both to confirm the best fit!
