Can you help me correctly identify this parts that I ordered the correct part number from you. I believe it to be an S395?18 in a 1710 weight rating

Hello, thanks for reaching out with your photos. You're right that the PGT side load window does use a Series 395 balance. And going by your stamp, the S395-18 with weight 1710 would also be correct. Let us know how this goes for you!
