Thanks for helping me with this. There are not markings stamped on the attached plastic piece or the cabinets. You will notice in pic #3 there is a broken tab that I am sure is important. Let me know if you have anything that will help me solve this issue. I need 8 of these. Thanks

Hello, Ryan. Your guide looks to be a somewhat older style of our 32-031. The dimensions are very close, too, but I recommend reviewing them just to be sure. Otherwise I think this is a good option and well worth considering.
