Hello there. We don't have an exact match for this handle set, and it's likely no longer made; however, the mortise lock in the door looks like our 82-243. Make sure the dimensions listed below match what you have.

Assuming this is correct, this mortise lock can work with a handle set like our 82-030A. This set comes with an outside key lock, just like your old setup. Note however that the hole spacing on this handle set is 3-15/16", from the center of each mounting hole. Check to see if your old handle set has the same dimension. If not, you'd need to drill new holes to use this handle set.
