It's tough to tell what you need from these photos, but from what I can tell it looks like you need new balances, a new lock, and then something you referred to as a cap. However, I'm not sure what that would be.

For the balance, I need you to remove an undamaged version from the window and show me a clear picture of the top nylon fitting, the bottom nylon fitting, and the stamp. If your balance is damaged then we can't help; we need to be sure that nothing is missing or broken off.

Your lock is a little easier, that looks like it could be a match for our 90-042 by Nuprime.

Finally, for the cap, we will need to see a clear picture of an undamaged piece.

Tom, take a look at the following parts to order based on your pictures.

For the balances, you have either our Series 351 or Series 390 channel balances. The difference between the two is in the bottom shoe attachment, which I have included a picture of.

The Series 351 bottom shoe has a depth measurement of 1 inch while the Series 390 has a depth measurement of 1-1/8 inch.

For the top sash guide, take a look at our 18-110 and for the sweep lock, take a look at our 90-042
