The window sash is identical to your #90-305 but need it at 2 1/4" hole to hole.

The 90-305 lock only comes with a screw hole distance of 2-1/16" not 2-1/4".

For 2-1/4", you can use our 90-300. For the coil spring balance system, we suggest the S140-16 as a possible replacement with the 26-398 pivot bar.
