Patent 4610108 Broken Plastic piece and metal piece

Question

Hello,
I have 2 windows with the same piece of plastic broken at the end of the balancers. And one of them also has a piece of broken metal that is sort of a T-shape.
One of the plastic pieces has the number 20 on it and the other has the number 8 and they both have the same patent number on them.
Whether I could get those specific replacement pieces or just replace the entire balancer - I'm fine with either.

If only the T-lock shoes are broken, take a look and compare the specifications of the 15-195B open-cam T-lock shoe to yours.
