Patio Glass Sliding door lock

Hey Ayman. Without seeing the original mortise lock I am afraid it's going to be difficult to say for sure what you need. My first guess is our 82-244. This works with the handle set your door uses; moreover, its screw holes would come at a similar position, and the hole spacing is close to what you cite (3-9/16" vs 3-1/2"). The overall height of the lock is a little less, however (4-9/16" vs 4-3/4"). Still, double-check your dimensions, review everything shown below, and see if you think this lock might fit your door.
