Hello, we are hoping you have the single wheel roller for our sliding patio door. There are no stickers or labels on the door or wheel roller. Thank you for your time and assistance! Charlie

The measurements you requested are provided on the attached photos. The item closest to the wheel roller I could find on your site is # 81-078. Let me know what you think. Thanks

Thanks for getting back to me. I agree, the 81-078 looks like the closest match to me. So long as the height and width of the assembly match, as well as the wheel diameter, I think this can work for you.
