Patio door wheel assembly

Hello! I think the reason why you couldn't find a match is because you have an incomplete roller assembly. You're only showing the internal housing, but there is also an outer housing that's missing from your photos. It's probably still in the door.

If possible, please remove that and show me a clear picture of the whole assembly. I need to see it from the top, side, and the back end. Seeing it without the tape measure would be most helpful since that way no details will be obstructed. For the dimensions, I would appreciate if you wrote those out for me to review. Thank you!

Great! Yes, that difference in wheel size should be okay. In most cases you can adjust the roller to make up for it. Now, keep in mind that 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" may be pushing it a little, since that's still a big difference, but I think you can get away with it.
