Peachtree Cam Pivot

I am hoping you can help suggest a part that would replace the cam pivot needed. Attached is a sketch with the dimensions and a photo of what the existing looks like. It is believed these are in either Series 500 Peachtree or Series 800 Crestilne or Vetter windows. Please let me know if there is any other information you need.

We don't carry this exact pivot bar but our 26-150 is similar. Compare our dimensions to yours to see what you think.
