Peachtree balance mechanism

Question

I need a balance spring mechanism for a:
Peachtree, double hung, non-tilt window, nominal size 36"x60" total width x height.
My existing balance (pictured below) is 26-1/8" longx5/8"x5/8", and has the markings "3660 EL CALDWELL"
My window sash weighs approximately 19.5 pounds.

I searched your website, but was unable to exactly identify the correct one for my application. Please provide the correct part number.
