Inside Storm window out of Mobile home. Possible a Phillips. Swivel corner broke on bottom sash.

Received 4 ea 3/16 Tilt corner key part number 95-250 today. These will not work.
All dimensions look good except the round part of key. The key that was sent has 3/16 diameter round end. I need 1/8 round end.

Black item has 1/8 diameter round end. White item received has 3/16 round end
Unfortunately, we were not able to locate a corner with a tilt pin diameter of 1/8". You might need to file down the new tilt pin to fit. You could also consider the 95-064 se of corner keys. These corner keys have offset top tilts and the diameter measures 5/32". Since these corners are handed, one goes on the left side and one goes on the right side at the top of the storm sash. We can't make any guarantees but review the specifications to see if you might be able to adapt one of our replacements to work for your repair. Also, keep in mind that parts can not be returned for a refund once they are modified.
