Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I can't be certain without seeing the operator's arms. Our 39-037, 39-069, and 39-070 have the same lever, however. Take a look at the specifications for each and see if one matches up with your old assembly.

Thank you for the additional photo. The operators I recommended are our best options. Based on this new photo, you may need the 39-070 but you'll want to compare the dimensions with your old assembly to confirm.
