Pivot Shoe Needed

Thanks for reaching out to us! The pivot shoe is too damaged and obscured by the window track so I can't say. Can you remove an undamaged version from the window and show us some photos? The video below will show you how to make a cut-out in the track if your window lacks one. 

Great! Thank you kindly for getting that for us. This indeed looks like the S140-16. Does the thickness and width match up to ours? Confirming that should be your next step if you haven't done so already. It may also be helpful if we could see a photo of the pivot bar removed from the sash.
