It says 25 on the back. And a 6 or 9 on the top

This pivot bar resembles something like our 26-226, 26-398, or 26-450, depending on the hole spacing. Compare the dimensions listed in the pictures on each bar's shop page and see if one of these could work for you.

As far as the pivot bar's pin being too big for the shoe, was this the original? If it isn't, then we need to see the original pivot bar, perhaps from another window in the house, to figure out what you might need.
