Would you please help us to find this part or similar?
It's a pivot bar for a tilt vinyl window, it feet a shoe of 5/8 spiral balance.
It holds the sash corners with four small screws two screws on the window on each side.

This reminds me of our 26-395 but review the dimensions and compare them to an undamaged version of your pivot bar to see if this could be what you need.
