Pivot identification for commercial door

I'm trying to identify replacement pivots for this door. I did not find any markings of door manufacturer unfortunately.

It seems the bottom pivot is either missing a part (maybe disintegrated), or was installed in a strange manner.

Thank you for you help

Thank you very much for waiting during our busy season. It's hard to say since I can't see the hole locations of your bottom pivot but you can start by taking a look at the 79-134 pivot set used on Pitco and PPG commercial doors. I couldn't find a pivot that matches yours with that exposed adjustment screw at the bottom, I'm afraid. However, check the hole locations on this part to see if they match up to yours. I wonder if it could possibly be an earlier version of the Pitco/PPG pivot that might have had that exposed adjustment screw. Review the specifications for this part along with the related video.
