I am not finding any markings on the windows or parts, the spiral balance is 5/8" x 23" in length. The windows do tilt in, as you can see a couple of pieces fell out. Can you please help me identify a replacement part.

Hello, Chester. If all you needed was the pivot shoe, then my top recommendation would be the 15-188. This looks very similar to your original design, but you need to check our dimensions to ensure that everything squares up, size-wise. Look it over and see what you think.

Hi Tom, I followed the directions and made a cut out at the top of the window and was able to get the pivot shoe out.
The dimensions match the one you recommended so I placed my order today
